Q: What type of antenna do you have ?
A: We have different frequencies and gains according to different types of antenna. Frequency: 433Mhz, 868Mhz, 915Mhz, 700~2700MHz, 3400~4900MHz, 1575.42MHz, 2.4GHz, 5.8GHz etc.
Q: What's the MOQ?
A: We don't have MOQ. We also accept small quantity.
Q: Can your company accept customize?
A: Of course. Personalized designs of the products according to customer's requirements are welcomed. For example, we can customize cable length(1m, 2m, 3m...) and connectors(SMA series, U.FL, N, Fakra...) for you.
Q: Can you send a sample for us to develop?
A: Sorry, we don't offer free samples.
Q: How is the cost?
A: We would quote to you with the EXW price, and we can use your own courier account, such as DHL/UPS/FEDEX, and if you prefer to use ours and we would also quote you the shipping cost.
Q: What are the acceptable payment methods?
A: Paypal, Wire Transfer(T/T) and Western Union.
Q: How about the Duties & Taxes?
A: For international orders, all additional local taxes, duties, GST, tariffs and fees should be customers' responsibilities. Resulting from the complexity of international shipping, we are not able to provide any estimate or quote of these amounts, so please contact local customs station with any problems or questions. Regarding the declared value on the package, we're happy to follow your wish, just feel free to contact us.
